My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were quiet as requested, they didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the website, and they could use a bit of a touch-up. On the positive side, the service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who even arranged a private boat ride to Murano. The location was superb, within walking distance of iconic landmarks like St Mark's Cathedral and the Basilica. Dining was pleasant, with a variety of delicious options. The facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.

I absolutely loved my stay at Comfort Suites. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the extra privacy with the door between the sofa bed area. The service was exceptional, with the staff being so warm and accommodating to all our requests, from ironing facilities to adaptor plugs. The location was perfect for exploring Venice, with everything I needed nearby. The dining experience was enjoyable, with well-prepared food varieties, although it could have had more options. Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were very spacious, with high ceilings, a big king-sized bed, and all the usual amenities. It was a bit disappointing that there were limited English TV speaking channels, but the hotel goes the extra mile by offering mimosas as well. The garden looked lovely although it was too cold to enjoy during my visit, but I can imagine it being a great spot for afternoon drinks in warmer weather.
